Coaches will create a custom player clinic plan.
INVITE
Based on their plan, players will be invited to a combination of either Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 clinics.
Players work on skills that are important to their individual game.
TRAIN
Players that attend clinics will “Level Up” when their skill exceeds their current level.

Skill-Level-Maturity (SLM)
Level 1/Low
A player is new to our development program and has not been shown and/or has proper mechanics. Majority of players will start in Level 1 so our coaches can reinforce good habits and the importance of building on a strong foundation.
Level 2/Medium
Level 2 is for players that have an understanding of foundational movements/skills, and are ready to build off of the base and/or are prepared for less coaching time with increased reps.
Level 3/High
Players with strong to excellent form that also understand our coaching points and language. This level is focused on high rep counts with minimal coaching interference and/or advanced skill variations due to their strong foundation.
